What size should I buy?

Check the size guide in each product’s description. If you’ve never taken your measurements before, refer to the diagram below for tips and our general size guide.

What can be done about an item that has become damaged after wear?

If an item arrives damaged or defective and the tags are still attached, it is eligible for return. If the tags have been removed, please contact us at info@udelny.com for further assistance.

The size I need is sold out, will you restock?

We work hard to restock popular items as quickly as possible, though not all items can be restocked. To be notified when your favorite item is available again, click the “Notify Me When Available” button on the product page under your selected size and color. You can also visit or call one of our store locations to check availability.

How do I make a return?

For in-store purchases, please contact the store where you bought the item for further instructions by calling 718-475-3511 and selecting the boutique.

For online purchases, returns must be made through our returns portal at udelny.com/returns. Be sure to include your 5-digit order number inside the return package.

How do I make an exchange?

All sale items are FINAL SALE and may only be exchanged for the same item in a different size or color—no refunds. To process an exchange, you must place a new order for the desired size or color and cover the return shipping cost. If your original order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If the returned sale item(s) are not part of an exchange order, no refund will be issued. In this case, you will be contacted via email to provide a shipping label for the items to be sent back to you. If we do not receive a label within 90 days, the items will be donated. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Can I return or exchange items bought online in one of the stores?

Unfortunately, online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.

What are the return requirements?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, clean, and have all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund within 7 days.

Which items cannot be returned?

Final sale items (eligible for exchange only) and items that are worn, washed, dirty, or altered in any way cannot be returned.

How are refunds processed?

You will receive a full refund for returned items, minus the return shipping cost, the original shipping cost if free shipping was applied but less than $200 in items are kept, and/or a 7% restocking fee for returns over $500. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return and up to 10 business days to issue your refund.

How long after my purchase can I return?

You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return through our returns portal at udelny.com/returns

Why was my return rejected?

Udel NY reserves the right to deny returns for the following reasons: sale items (eligible for exchange only), returns made outside the return window, or items without tags attached.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship internationally. All shipping and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and may vary based on package weight and destination.
