Common questions

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located in the description of each of our products.

If you have never measured yourself before, please see the diagram below for some measuring tips and a general size guide!

What can be done about an item that has become damaged after wear?

If an item is damaged or defective before tags are removed, it is still
eligible for a return. If tags have been removed, please email us for further assistance.

The size I need is sold out, will you restock?

We try our best to restock our popular items as fast as possible. However, sometimes we are not able to restock everything.

If you would like to know when an item you love is back in stock, select the "notify me when available" button on the product page under the size and color you are looking for. You can also visit or call one of our store locations to see if they have what you're looking for!

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How do I make a return?

In store purchases – please contact the store you purchased the items
from for further instruction. 718-475-3511 and select the boutique you purchased your items from.

Online purchase- You can only return online items through our returns portal. Please indicate your 5 digit order number inside the return package.

How do I make an exchange?

You must place a new order and we will refund the shipping costs. Please email us at with your old and new order numbers so we can issue your refund accordingly. Please indicate your 5 digit order number inside the return package. We do not send out replacement items.

For sale items: place a new order for the SAME item, only differing in size or color. please email us at with your old and new order numbers so we can issue your refund accordingly. Please indicate your 5 digit order number inside the return package.

Can I get a refund on items I purchased on sale?

Items purchased on sale of 20% or more are non- refundable. However, we will happily exchange your item(s) depending on availability. Please see the return policy for further explanation on exchanging sale items.

Can I return or exchange items bought online in one of the stores?

Unfortunately, we do not allow online orders to be returned or exchanged in the stores.

Which items can be returned?

Unworn, unwashed and clean items with all tags attached can be returned for a full refund within 7 days.

Which items cannot be returned?

Items marked final sale (are still eligible for exchange), items that are worn, washed, dirty, or altered in any way cannot be returned.

How are refunds processed?

You will receive a full refund of the items sent back, minus the return
shipping cost, the original shipping cost if you received free shipping but decide to keep less than $200 worth of items from the whole order, and/ or a 7% restocking fee if your return is over $500. Please allow 10 business days for returns to be processed.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return, and 10 business days to receive your refund.

How long after my purchase can I return?

You have 7 days from the day your order was delivered to make a return in our returns portal

Why was my return rejected?

Udelny has the right to deny returns for any of the following reasons: returns of sale items (instead can be exchanged), returns that are outside of the return window, or items without tags attached.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we do ship overseas. Shipping and customs fees are all at the customers expense and may vary based on weight of package and location.
