Shipping policy
UPDATED RETURN POLICY
Effective: Jan 1, 2025
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $200.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for items that meet the requirements outlined below.
Restocking & Shipping Fee Deductions

Returns totaling $500 or more from a single order will incur a 7% restocking fee due to increased shipping and credit card processing costs.

If your order received free shipping but you keep less than $200 worth of merchandise, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you paid for shipping, those charges are non-refundable.
Return Window & Authorization

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Returns requested after this period will not be accepted. If declined, we can return your items if you provide a shipping label; otherwise, items will be donated after 90 days.

All returns require authorization and must be processed through our returns portal: udelny.com/returns.

If you request a prepaid shipping label, the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

Once issued, return labels must be used within 3 business days or the return will be rejected.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Item Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, clean, and have original tags attached.

Items must be in their original packaging (if applicable) and in the same condition as received.
We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that are damaged, show signs of wear, or have stains (including makeup) not caused by a manufacturer defect. If refused, the customer may provide a shipping label to have the items returned; otherwise, they will be donated after 90 days.
Online vs. In-Store Returns

Online orders can only be returned or exchanged online.

Stores will NOT accept online returns or exchanges.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you a confirmation. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not send out replacement items automatically.

To exchange, place a new order and email us at info@udelny.com with your old and new order numbers.

For full-priced items, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost and refund your shipping charges.

If you do not email us, we will not know you’ve completed an exchange—this step is essential.
Sale Item Exchanges

All sale items are FINAL SALE and may only be exchanged for the same item in a different size or color (subject to stock availability).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your original order received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If your new order does not match the returned sale item(s), no refund will be issued.

In such cases, we will contact you to provide a return label; if not received within 90 days, items will be donated.
Non-Returnable Items

Accessories (hats, beanies, gloves, belts, etc.)

Final sale items (except as noted above for exchanges)
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
Udelny is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products after shipment.
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods for your claim.
International Orders
All shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. These charges vary based on destination and order value.
