Basic Skirt 23"

Good quality skirt, exactly as it looks in the picture.

My 12 year old has tried on and rejected dozens of black skirts until she finally decided on this one, so we bought two! The length is not too long or too short (she’s 5”2) She is usually a small but needed a medium in this one.

Perfect black skirt for every day, but just covers my knees I ordered a small and I’m 5”2
