Fabric: Its nice but has some static clinginess

Skirt os very cute but i will say that it kind of poofs out on the top right under the elastic which is not so noticeable but its there, and also i sized up one but i would not do that, thought the elastic fits good, the leangth is a bit too long for my hight :)
